Refund Policy

The short version

Full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email us or use the link in your Polar order receipt.

1. Subscription

If VoxDrot Cloud isn't for you, request a refund within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. It does not matter why — accuracy, workflow, or you simply changed your mind. Later renewals are refunded pro rata for the unused part of the period. After a refund, your subscription key is deactivated.

Cancel any time from your Polar receipt link; the subscription then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew.

2. What is free

The application itself costs nothing, and the free weekly cloud allowance is not a purchase, so neither has anything to refund. Cancelling a subscription drops you back to them; your settings, history, and dictionary stay where they are.

3. How to request a refund

• Email hello@voxdrot.com with your order number or subscription key, or
• Use the order link in your Polar receipt email.

Refunds are issued by Polar (our merchant of record) to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Fair use

We reserve the right to decline repeat refund requests that indicate abuse (for example, repeatedly subscribing and refunding to consume cloud time). This has never mattered for honest customers.
