Refund Policy

The short version

Full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email us or use the link in your Lemon Squeezy order receipt.

1. Lifetime license

If VoxDrot isn't for you, request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full price. It does not matter why — accuracy, workflow, hardware, or you simply changed your mind. After a refund, your license key is deactivated.

2. Cloud hour packs

Unused hour packs are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Partially used packs are refunded pro rata for the unused portion. Hours included with the license are covered by the license refund.

3. How to request a refund

• Email hello@voxdrot.com with your order number or license key, or
• Use the order link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email.

Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record) to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Fair use

We reserve the right to decline repeat refund requests that indicate abuse (for example, repeatedly buying and refunding to consume included cloud hours). This has never mattered for honest customers.
